Hi, I’m Katie Ritchie

Founder of Inspiring Inclusion and Inspire School of Dance & Drama.

For over 16 years I’ve had the privilege of teaching thousands of children and young people through the performing arts. In 2010, I founded Inspire School of Dance & Drama with a simple belief:

‘Every child deserves to feel like they belong’

What began as a small dance school has grown into a thriving, inclusive community where children of all abilities are welcomed, supported and celebrated.

But my passion for inclusion isn’t just professional — it’s deeply personal too.

As a SEN parent, I understand first-hand the challenges many families face when trying to access activities that truly understand and support their child.
